My husband and I listed our bayside condo in Longboat Key, FL with Bobbie Banan in January 2020 hoping to find a home on the oceanside of the island. Since we listed our condo, COVID-19 happened, and my husband, myself and our only child have had to be treated for debilitating injuries or life-threatening illnesses. I have no doubt that if we would have had any other realtor instead of Bobbie, we would not have been able to sell our condo at this time. It would have had to have been taken off the market until our issues were resolved. Not only is she a gifted realtor, she knows every building on the island and which rules and regulations they require, and she kept us immediately informed of any issues or updates pertaining to our home. Bobbie went above and beyond what is expected of a realtor. We were unable to do what was necessary to maintain the cleanliness of the property, due to being unable to travel, and Bobbie helped keep it spotless in our absence. She was even there to allow the movers in, and stayed there the whole time. Most importantly, although our condo was one of the least expensive homes on the island, we felt she treated us like we were her most important clients. Knowing Bobbie, I'm sure she treats all of her clients the same as she has treated us, which makes her so extraordinary. We are eternally grateful to her for all of the kindness, compassion, and her excellent service as a realtor.

Bobbie did an excellent job selling my father's condo. She worked diligently and was on top of every detail. We had to do much of our work by phone and email because we do not live in Florida. Bobbie was wonderful about her timely and clear communications. She also went over and above to help us with; plumbers, painters , movers, cleaning services etc. We can't thank her enough. Bobbie Banan has been such a positive force in selling our house on Longboat Key. Her guidance, tenacity, reliability, market knowledge, patience, attention to every detail from her thoughtful interior staging to putting potted flowers outside the front door, to taking care of or informing us of details inside the house, to being there multiple times when someone needed to be onsite, her follow-through and followup - all provided us with a sense of security and of Bobbie having our backs. I would not have asked my best friend to do what she did for us. She was a friend of my father and I hope to be a friend of hers. She is a consummate professional. One cannot find a realtor better than Bobbie.

My parents, Anita & Pete F., first came to LBK as snowbirds in the early '90s, purchasing an apartment at The Pierre. After a year or so they knew they wanted to buy a house, as condo living was not for them. They began working with your company--specifically, with Bobbie Banan--and bought 6695 Gulf of Mexico Drive shortly after. Over time, it became their year-round home. My parents were so impressed with Ms. Banan--as a professional and as a person--that they remained in close contact from that point on. When my aunt, Linda Cahill, was looking for a place on the Key, Bobbie found Linda a wonderful condo right across from the Centre Shops, which her family still enjoys. Bobbie recently helped me sell 6695 in May after both of my parents passed on. I am writing to let you know how wonderful Bobbie Banan is, as both a realtor and as a person. She became a tremendous source of support and comfort after the death of my parents, and we became quite close. When I had a bad cold, she brought me chicken soup. When my sister and daughter came down, she loaned us kayaks. And as I dealt with the often overwhelming physical and emotional drain of clearing out my parents’ house, Bobbie was there for me, offering support and comfort far beyond the scope of her professional responsibilities. Good job Bobbie!!! Sometimes all of the skills of a professional Realtor have to come into play to bring the seller and buyer together to finalize a good deal for both parties. Your knowledge of Longboat Key and the Sarasota area, as a team member of Michael Saunders and Co. made this deal happen. Most important were your skills as a mediator between the seller and buyer that made everyone more comfortable and thus complete the transaction. I am very proud that you represented me and will use you to help me find the right condo when, hopefully, I return to Longboat Key. Keep doing the good work

Bobbie Banan was my real estate agent when I bought my vacation home on Anna Maria Island. We have been friends ever since.
